We graded the Chapter 19 Quiz.
Periods 3 and 7: checked and reviewed answers to the Ch 20 S3 w/s; collected thinking maps
Period 2 was cut short by the Honors Assembly: we will review and collect these next week.

Thursday
Students took notes as they watched a brief video on President Grant. They then summarized their notes in a paragraph, including a topic sentence, three facts, and a concluding sentence. This was then collected.
Homework from Tuesday was checked and questions reviewed; thinking maps were turned in.
Students worked in groups on The Rise of Big Business w/s (Ch 20 S3).

Complete the chart, answer the questions (in complete sentences), and learn the terms & names. For the whole section, create one thinking map of your choice. Tree or Brace Maps often work well. No circle maps.
