Week of Jan. 4

Friday
Collected Section 4 w/s and the thinking maps.
We took the Ch 19 quiz and then had time to work on the w/s The Growth of Industry (Ch 20 S1).
Homework
Complete the chart, answer the questions (in complete sentences), and learn the terms & names. For the whole section, create one thinking map of your choice. Think which thinking map would be best suited to the information on the w/s. No circle maps. Quiz on this material next Friday.



Thursday
Graded the questions from yesterday and collected the thinking maps.
We read the w/s Farming and Populism (Ch. 19 Section 4). Students had time in class to work on their homework.
